We produce our organic pearled spelt by bouncing it over rotating stones to remove the outer layer of bran and pearl the grain.
This means that during cooking it soaks up all the flavours of your dish and it makes the most amazing risottos, soups and salads.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
No. On the checkout page, there is an order note section for you to leave any special delivery instructions and we will let your driver know where to leave your fresh fruit and veg box.
