We source this beef joint from a family run Lancashire Hill Farm. The beef is hung for a minimum of 21 days and are from native British cattle. All the beef we sell is from cattle that are allowed to grow naturally on grass at a slow speed, giving them a long life and a better chance of marbling. With all our meat products being hand cut by our local butchers the weights may vary.

National deliveries are sent out every day of the week. Please see below for ordering and delivery times:

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
No. On the checkout page, there is an order note section for you to leave any special delivery instructions and we will let your driver know where to leave your fresh fruit and veg box.
