What are you looking for?

Deliveries Subscriptions General



No. On the checkout page there is an order note section for you to leave any special delivery instructions and we will let your driver know where to leave your fresh fruit and veg box.

Do you charge for delivery?

We deliver all local deliveries ourselves and it is free of charge.

Our local delivery areas include Hesketh Bank, Tarleton, Mere Brow, Banks, Much Hoole, Walmer Bridge, Longton, Cottam, Lea and Ingol with more to be added to the list shortly. Free Delivery is available to the following postcodes: PR2 4*, PR2 3*, PR2 2*, PR2 1*, PR2 1*, PR4 6*, PR4 4*, PR4 5*, PR4 0*, PR2 9*, PR2 8*, PR1*.

If you live outside our local delivery area, we provide full national delivery to all other areas at a cost of £4.50.

If you live in postcode areas (excluding local areas) PR, BB, FY, LA or L40 the delivery charge is reduced to £3.25.

When will I receive my order?

We are pleased to let our customers know that we have now increased our capacity to be able to deliver your orders within the below time frames.

Local Orders

  • Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for same-day delivery
  • Order before 12pm Saturday and Sunday for same-day delivery


  • Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for next-day delivery
  • Order before 12pm Saturday and Sunday for next-day delivery
What are national deliveries?

National deliveries are sent out every day of the week. Please see below for ordering and delivery times:

  • Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for next day delivery
  • Order before 12pm Saturday and Sunday for next day delivery


If I sign up to a subscription am I tied into a contract?

No. If you choose one of our subscription options, you can stop your orders and cancel your account at any time. If you want to skip a week you can also pause your subscription.

I’m going on holiday - can I pause my subscription?

Yes, you can. Just log in to your account and select the subscription tab. Select the relevant subscription and click ‘suspend’. Just remember to reactivate your subscription when you get back.

Alternatively, send us an email to to let us know the dates you do not require your boxes to be sent out, and we will sort it for you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your account page and select the subscription tab. Select the subscription you want to cancel, then select the option to cancel.

Please note, no refunds can be made and if payment has already been made that order cannot be cancelled. Your subscription will be cancelled as of the next order.

Please note that if you pay for a subscription via PayPal and you want to cancel your subscription, you will need to cancel it in your PayPal account as well.


Which payment methods can I use?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers.

What if there is a problem?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your delivery. We make lots of deliveries every week and have lots of happy customers. If for any reason you are not, please let us know and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter for you.
