Our Onion Bhaji Mix brings the magic of South Indian street food straight to your kitchen. Inspired by the flavours of Karnataka, this blend is all about crispy edges, warming spices and that irresistible crunch.
Just slice up some onions, mix with flour and our special spice blend, then fry until golden brown. That’s it – bhajis ready to impress.
Each pack includes a simple recipe to make 10 bhajis at a time, with enough mix to whip up 40 in total. Perfect for sharing (or not).
