One of our team will freshly hand prepare your pizza kit, ready for you and your family to craft into the 2 perfect margherita pizzas.
These are perfect for any occasion and will make cooking them fun for all the family.
Each kit contains all the ingredients you need to create 2 Neapolitan margherita pizzas.
Each kit will contain: –
2 Dough Balls
Tomato Sauce
Mozzarella
Fresh Basil
’00’ Flour
Parmesan
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pizza kits can be kept for up to 3 days refrigerated, although of course we always recommend making your kit on the day you receive it. Seriously you think you can resist the temptation more than 3 days anyway?
How To Make Your Perfect Pizza

Take the dough ball out of the fridge at least an hour before you plan to make your pizza, this will make it easier to make your base.
Use the 00 flour to create a well floured surface ready for your dough, remember it’s enough flour to work on two dough balls. Turn your grill to the highest setting. |

Place the first dough ball on your floured surface add a little more flour and press it out flat to make a 10 inch pizza base using the tips of your fingers. | |

Lay the pizza base flat in a dry frying pan that has been on a high heat so it is super hot. Take care if you have any little helpers! | |

Add the tomato sauce using the back of a spoon or ladle to spread it out.
Leave a couple of centimetres around the edge so you get a nice crust when you grill it later. Remember that there is enough sauce in the pot for 2 pizzas. |

Add half the parmesan to your pizza. | |

Add half the basil to your pizza. | |
 |
Add half the mozzarella and any other topping you may want to add to your pizza. | |

Drizzle half the olive oil on your pizza. | |
 |
Check the base of the pizza after 1 to 2 minutes it should have browned nicely like in the picture. | |

Place your frying pan on the top self under the grill. Keep an eye on it will be ready in about 1 to 2 minutes. | |

Once the crust starts to brown and turn golden your pizza is done.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
No. On the checkout page, there is an order note section for you to leave any special delivery instructions and we will let your driver know where to leave your fresh fruit and veg box.
