Strawberry and Rhubarb Jam
Fruity, sweet and wonderfully sticky, Hawkshead Relish Strawberry and Rhubarb Jam captures the taste of summer in every spoonful.
Rhubarb is added first to create a rich, sticky base with plenty of depth, before strawberries are gently stirred through to bring a burst of fresh sweetness. The result is a beautifully balanced jam with the sweetness of strawberries and the gentle tang of rhubarb.
Spread it over warm toast, spoon it onto freshly baked scones with clotted cream, or use it in homemade cakes and pastries. It is also delicious stirred through yoghurt, poured over pancakes or used as a topping for cheesecake.
