Curried chicken and baby potato traybake

Take some chicken drumsticks and combine them with some ginger, garam masala, yoghurt and turmeric. Marinate overnight in the fridge, then bake in the oven alongside some potatoes. Add some veggies, such as tomatoes or onions, and you’re good to go!

Veggie spaghetti puttanesca

Fry some onions and courgettes with some chilli flakes and a little garlic. Add some tomatoes, olives and caers, then let them simmer. Toss it with some spaghetti and you have yourself a nutritious and flavoursome dish that the whole family is guaranteed to love.
