Here at The Veg Box Company, we have a close partnership with our local farmers to deliver the finest-tasting lamb right to your doorstep. Our skilled family butchers take great care in preparing this lamb, making it ready for your culinary adventures at home, whether you plan to cook it right away or store it in your freezer. Rest assured that our lambs are raised and bred in the lush and serene countryside of Lancashire. To ensure exceptional tenderness, all of our lambs are hung for a minimum of 7 days.
Each Half Lamb you receive will weigh a minimum of 8.5kg and come expertly cut into the following portions:
