We source our Lamb from a local Lancashire Hill Farm. With all our meat products being hand cut and prepared by our local butchers the weights may vary. The half lamb will be a minimum of 7kg. All our lambs are hung for a minimum of 7 days to make them extra tender.

Please note that the neck fillet is left in the shoulder joint to produce a better roasting joint. If you’d like it removed you can do this at home with no knife required.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
No. On the checkout page, there is an order note section for you to leave any special delivery instructions and we will let your driver know where to leave your fresh fruit and veg box.
